“Album 67” is the very first portfolio created by the artist Jean-Paul Riopelle. It contains 15 lithographs in panoramic format, without any justification or explanations. According to author Gilles Daigneault, this album can be described as a “small nested exhibition”. He also notes that it offers a sort of synthesis of the various moods present in Riopelle’s abstract workup to that point in time-Translated from French.
